KAOS

Kaos is a five-headed alien outlaw with one goal: to take control of the galaxy.

Exclusive passage from Zillah, the Fanged Predator

Meanwhile, beyond the galaxy, in a private chamber on the battleship Oblivion, the alien outlaw Kaos was relaxing in a huge bubble bath.
“More hot water, Wugrat!” one of Kaos’s five heads ordered.
A scrawny purple rat scurried along the edge of the bath and turned a tap with its paws, releasing a gush of hot water. The room filled with steam.

“Oooh, that’s better,” said another of Kaos’ heads. “It’s so good to relax while Zillah does our dirty work!”

“When we take over the galaxy, G-Watch will be washed down the plughole,” another head added, smirking.

A fourth head chuckled. “I will force their Chief, G1, to lick between our toes!” All five heads roared with laughter.

ROCKHEAD

Rockhead the living mountain comes from the barren planet of Cojon, and battles Cosmo at G-Watch Headquarters.

Cosmo looked out over the mountains and heard a sound like thunder. He saw something enormous hurtling through the sky at phenomenal speed. It looked like a meteor. It came down between the mountains and struck the base of the canyon with a massive boom, sending up dust and rocks. As the dust cleared, Cosmo gazed down and saw something emerging from a huge crater. It was a monstrous alien with a body of solid rock. It was ten times the size of an Earthling man and had fists like boulders. It stomped towards G-Watch headquarters, swinging a punch at the space cruiser on the landing strip. The cruiser spun end over end and crunched against the mountainside.

The monstrous alien looked up the mountain and roared, “I am Rockhead, and I have come to destroy you!”

INFERNOX

Infernox comes from Redzin-5, an ever-expanding sun in the Doom Vortex, and has the ability to hurl fireballs and breathe fire.

Infernox was over ten metres tall, with flaming red muscles that bulged and glowed, veined with molten lava. He was rolling a huge ball of fire in his hands, and the ground sizzled beneath his red-hot magma feet. He hurled the fireball at a starberry tree, making it burst into flames.

“Hey, leave those trees alone!” Cosmo shouted, sounding braver than he felt. Infernox turned and saw him. “And who are you?” he roared.
“Cosmo Santos, G-Watch agent.” The alien laughed. “Ha! I will fry you!” He hurled a fireball towards Cosmo – who leaped out of the way as it exploded behind him.

ZILLAH

Zillah is a female scavenger from the Doom Vortex who feeds on space wreckage in the vortex’s treacherous storm zones.

“I’m right above you!” Zillah hissed.

Suddenly a thick white thread shot down and lassoed Cosmo, clamping his wings to his sides. He felt himself being hoisted up and rolled over and over, as the invader bound him with the sticky thread. Cosmo struggled to free himself, trying to tear his way out with his claws, but it was no use: he was wrapped too tightly to move, a strong cocoon forming around him.
“Let me go!” he ordered.

Zillah let out a hideous hissing laugh. “Never! I shall ssssave you for dessssert.”

HYDRONIX

Hydronix is an underwater alien from the Whirlpool of Vahl, with eight tentacles strong enough to crush rock.

All of a sudden a fierce bellow sounded, making Cosmo’s whole body shudder. The whales scattered, and the jumbola they were riding in veered quickly away.

“What was that sound?” Nuri asked.

In the pale golden light Cosmo saw movement on the mountainside: it was a fierce creature with enormous thrashing tentacles, purple scales, fins and webbed feet. Cosmo saw its menacing barnacled face: frilled gills protruded like horns above its piercing red eyes.

ATOMIC

Atomic comes from a radioactive star in the heart of the Doom Vortex. He can detonate himself and reform, like a living bomb.

Cosmo watched in fear as chunks of glowing green rock and bubbling green mucus began moving across the ground and flying through the air. They were dragging chunks of radonium ore and android body parts with them. It was as if they were being blown by a strong wind, the debris sticking together in mid-air, forming a monstrous alien body.

It was Atomic re-forming. Its legs came together, then its torso, and the alien’s weird body began marching across the compound, heading for the main reactor building.
